Does addition of a filter constitute a task in Zoho Flow

Hi,

we created a simple Zohoflow to sync records between Bign Contacts and Zoho CRM each ime a lead was updated.

There were approx.5000 leads exisiting in the CRM module.

The moment we tested our flow, we got a warning that we have used the monthly quota of 8000 flows.

Can anyone help us understand why one flow triggered so many tasks. 

Is the addition of a filter in the flow creating an issue ?
