Downloading Zoho CRM plug in for Microsoft Outlook ERROR

I want to Syn. my Zoho calender with Microsoft Outlook.
I have tried downloading  Zoho CRM plug in for Microsoft Outlookthe but keep comming up with the error

Error 1001. Exception occurred while initializing the installation:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\and' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified..

My System is:
OS Windows 8.1
Office 2010 Professional Ver: 14.0.6029.1000
Mozilla Firefox EU  32.02  euballoy - 1.1
Outlook.com

I have to admit I am new to Zoho. I used Google until it stopped accepting / working with @blueyonder.co.uk addresses.
I use calender's to input appointments special days ect. a week before the event and have them emailed to me on a daily basis until the given date and in the case of birthdays automatically repeated each year. I rely on e-mail alerts, I do not open a calender except to input something, unlike many others who consult their diary everyday to see what is for that day.
