I am currently assessing Shopify to work in conjunction with Zoho inventory, what I am looking to understand is multiple drop shipping warehouses.  

If someone can explain how this does (or could) work it would be very much appreciated:

Scenario:

1) Customer orders specified quantity of a product via shopify store - Quantity ordered requires direct order to our supplier for fulfilment

  

2) Customer lists their delivery address and pays for order

For our inventory system I am unsure as to how Zoho Inventory/Books would handle this:

1) Purchase Order/Pickslip to be created for Drop Ship warehouse - send via automated email 

2) Customer delivery address to be used as final delivery address - specified on Purchase Order/Email

In addition - is it possible to sync our supplier stock level api's to our own inventory specific to their warehouse??
