I am looking for a solution, script, workflow or anything to solve an issue we have - in our customers section we have a rule that doesn't allow duplicates, however Zoho will allow customers with xxxxx and xxxxx PLC or LTD so effectivley we have a duplicate.

is there a script to merge xxxxx with xxxxxPLC and not allow PLC, Limited etc in customer names.
