Duplicate candidate records
A lot of times a candidate applies with 2 different email ids, which create two candidate records. I have EEO enabled, which restricts me to delete any record. Now the problem is that most of the time candidate put different information, like he may put his nick name in one of the records and it's hard to find duplicate records with current search fields. In these cases, although I know which records to merge, I can't do it. I want you to add another field where I can merge two records based on system generated Candidate IDs. I have encountered this problem earlier also when I enabled candidate portal. They apply from facebook which has different email id, different name, and then they send word resume which is parsed differently creating a separate record.
