Each Staff Member to have their own Default Pipeline view

Hi,

Each Staff Member currently has their own pipeline that they deal with.
e.g. the customer engagement officer only deals with getting the customer on board. > Customer Engagement pipeline.
The Dispute Resolutions Officer only deals with their pipeline > Dispute Pipeline.
Can each staff member have their own 'Default' Pipeline view ?
(rather than the dispute resolutions officer having to switch to the dispute pipeline (from the default customer engagements pipeline)  every time they go back to the requests screen. (which is a few hundred times a day!)
