Editor is not easy to deal with

I was setting up my basic page content on my Zoho Site last night and found that the editor is extremely frustrating to use.

Using Firefox on a PC/laptop

When I typed out the text and then went back and highlighted sections and went to click "bold", nothing would happen. Sometimes italic or underline worked.

Then when I would give up on the formatting and go back to typing, text would be normal until I clicked enter.  Then it would start typing in bold!

I don't know if I'm missing something or what, but it seems to me that the editor itself has some issues.  I couldn't find a "code" toggle so that I could see the HTML tagging and fix it manually or else I would.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?  It makes creating nice content quite the hassle.  I know...it's free...but I pay for Support and CRM also
