Eliminar datos de una BAse de Datos en Zoho Reports

Saludos.
Tengo una Base de Datos Muy Grande de un cliente que debo informar periodicamente acerca de los resultados de Gestion.
Sin embargo el limite de registros me impide atender otros clientes de igual dimension de manera simultanea.
Actualmente no puedo aumentar el perfil de suscripcion a un numero mayor de registros.
En relacion al planteamiento tengo dos dudas:
1) Si tengo una copia de seguridad de la base de dato y elimino la que esta en produccion, puedo luego restituirla desde la copia de seguridad?
2) Puedo Borrar parcialmente los datos de la tabla existente en la base de datos e importar desde la copia de seguridad a esta tabla los registros guardados.
