1. Sometimes when a user sends an email to the form, the content won’t be captured by ZC_Content. It’ll only contain some html with an empty blockquote.

Now, coincidentally, when he sends emails, an empty html file will be generated for every attachment. (They contain an empty blockquote) I have to be honest, I have no idea why it generates blank .htm files automatically. Creating blamk htm files is not a zoho problem (but if you have a solution for it I’d be grateful), but it’s possibly capturing that instead of the actual content, which is a Zoho problem.

I was thinking maybe the ZC_Content doesn’t capture the actual content, but it captures one of the empty html files attached to the mail. Of course, it’s just speculation.

2. Sometimes when it captures attachments, the names will be converted like this and cannot be opened. I could just rename it and upload to WorkDrive no problem, but it’s not always the same encryption(?). I’ve seen „utf-8_Q”, „utf-8_B”, „iso-8859-2_Q”, and I’m sure there’s more.

3. It’s almost the same as the previous one, but with the content itself. It replaces characters like „áéíúőóüö” to questionmarks.

I have no idea what causes these problems. Sometimes it works fine without a problem, but sometimes it generates one of these.
