Email Deliverability - Caught as Phishing

Email Deliverability - Caught as Phishing

email provider : Intermedia

We are using Zoho Creator and Analytics to send emails on our domain's behalf and they are being flagged as External and Phishing in Intermedia and not being delivered to inboxes (quarantined). I have authenticated the domain in both Apps and I have performed the DKIM and SPF setup in our domain -- and they are showing as "PASS" in the aforementioned email's headers. 

  1. ARC-Authentication-Results: i=1; mx.us.zohomail360.com;
  2. dkim=pass  header.i=OURDOMAIN.com;
  3. spf=pass
Is there additional configuration necessary that I am not aware of?
