I am running into a few challenges with email in Zoho Recruit.

1.  Adding Custom Domain Tracking (the pixel that helps determine opens/clicks etc) is not available.. major email providers are sending more emails to spam or something other than the inbox without domain tracking from your own domain.

2.   There is no way to have Zoho Recruit record the date the email was received or sent if coming from zoho mail or gmail, only if it originates from the candidate file.  It does add emails to zoho recruit but won't record the date..either sent or received.

3.  There is no way to throttle outgoing email so it goes out in one big blast.

Is anyone else having these challenges?  Am I missing something?  

Or are there any plans to address these items.  

I have started using Klenty which does a good job with 'engagement' but there is no integration to Zoho Recruit (just Zoho CRM which adds another layer of complexity.)

Any advice or suggestions much appreciated.
