Email formatting problem

Hi there, I have a problem when sending out to certain multiple addresses. I have a customer who has an email address formatted similarly to this:

abc.def@xyz-group.co.uk

If there are multiple of these addresses separated by commas, the error message appears along the lines of 'format not found in to' or similar (please check).

Could someone at Zoho look into this please? Thanks!
