Email Recovery Options

Hello,

With Zoho Email is there a way to save each and every email in a sort of backup method \repository method in case an employee\user deletes emails. Looking for similar functionality to Microsoft Mimecast?
If email is hosted with Zoho can a default email address be setup so that all emails to the domain which does not match an alias will be delivered to the default address?
