I am trying to make an email signature as follows.

$[SIG:FNAME]$ $[SIG:LNAME]$

$[SIG:TITLE]$

 

$[SIG:COMPANY_NAME]$

Phone: (800) 555-1212

Direct/SMS: $[SIG:PHONE]$

Web: $[SIG:COMPANY_WEBSITE]$

Email: $[SIG:EMAIL]$


But, it is not coming out right. It looks 

First Last

Manager

Phone: (800) 555-1212

Direct/SMS: (888) 555-1212

Web: 

Email: first@domain.com


As you can see the company name is not correct even though I have added it under Settings > Company Profile. And, the company website is completely blank. That is also listed in the Company Profile.
