Email templates not accessible for all accounts

Email templates not accessible for all accounts

Hi,

I create several templates folders and email templates according our needs. I checked and both of them are fully accessible for all accounts.

However, one of the accounts can not see the templates, only can see the folders (but they remains empty). Even I tried to create a template with the affected account but the issue persist.

Does you have any idea why is this happened?
