I am experiencing an issue with my Zoho Mail account. The most important problem is that emails are not being delivered to my inbox.
Details:
What happens: I am not receiving any incoming emails (they are not in Inbox, Spam, or any other folder).
I have already tried: [например, очистил кэш браузера, проверил фильтры, посмотрел в Spam].
Additionally, I have connected Zoho Mail to my Shopify store and completed all the necessary setup steps (DNS records, SPF, DKIM, etc.). However, I am still not receiving emails.
Could you please check if everything is configured correctly on your side, or let me know if I made any mistake in the integration process with Shopify?
This is a critical issue for me, as I rely on Zoho Mail for my business communication. Please provide guidance on how to resolve it as soon as possible.
