Emails not sending through candidate page

We're using templates to send emails out through Zoho Recruit. We click on the candidates profile, click send email, then choose the template we want. When we hit send, it says cannot perform action at this time. Please contact support. Support couldn't help me on the phone ? PLEASE HELP this is affecting our business!!!
