Emails sent from Zoho come from a different address and falling into spam

Hello, 
does anybody have problems with emails sent from Zoho coming to the recepient from another email address? When we send an email it always comes from a different address than selected in Zoho, it is a ......@zoho.com, not company address.
The function becomes totally useless, as all emails go directly to spam.
It is not possible to send any emails that would come to the recepient from a preset company address and would not fall into spam. 
It was not happening in the old version.
