Emails to candidates not being tracked
Anyone here experiencing problems with tracking emails sent to candidates from Zoho Recruit? It used to work until about 2 weeks ago, where most of the emails will remain in "sent" status. I had done tests as well as received responses from candidates, but the status still shows "sent" or at best "delivered".
Support is not really helpful. Their last response was 2 weeks ago saying they would look into it. Am wondering if anyone here shares the same problem.
