Embed Sheet on Webpage for public access to enter data with options to Submit to Email Address and/or Print

Purpose of spreadsheet is for online customer to enter 7 values that will generate a table of parts required.

Then they have the option to Email the spreadsheet to the Supplier and/or Print the spreadsheet for their records.

In my Zoho account the spreadsheet works when I test the email button, an email is sent and received.

When I test at https://public.sheet.zoho.com/public/tonim7/slidingdoor-bom-generator-3
The Email button does not work . Error message "Not Supported in public view"

Also the Spreadsheet is embedded on a web page http://www.industrialslidingbarndoors.com/Door-BOM-Generator.htm
There the Email and Print buttons are not even visible

How can I make the Email and Print buttons Visible as well as Work from the embed code on the suppliers webpage?
