Employ Forums with voting support

Hi,

Zoho Desk comes with forums that allow voting. This is good, when Ideas you want to collect and evaluate ideas.

However, these forums have a different UI when used from internal accounts. Is there anywhere else a forum, that can be used for employees where we can evaluate ideas with voting?
