Enhance your PDF templates with new customization features

Hello everyone!

We're thrilled to introduce a host of new updates in Zoho Invoice for both iOS and Android mobile apps! You can now customize the color of invoice templates, include bank details, add your signature to invoices, making your invoicing more professional. You can also additionally enable or disable required modules to personalize your organization.

Customize Template Themes

You can now customize the theme of your invoice templates. Choose from four color options that suit your preferences. This helps make your invoices look more professional and distinctive. Here's how to change template themes: 

iOS: Tap More at the bottom. Go to Settings > Templates > Invoices. Select a template and tap Customize. Choose a color and tap Save.

Android: Tap More in the top-right corner. Go to Settings > PDF Template Customization > Invoices. Select a template and tap Customize. Choose a color and tap Save Template.

Add Bank Details to Invoices

You can now add your bank details to your invoices PDFs. This makes it more convenient and easy for your customers to make payments, helping you get paid faster. The added bank details appear below Customer Notes in the invoice PDF. Here's how to add your bank details:

iOS: Tap More at the bottom. Go to Settings > Templates > Invoices. Select a template and tap Customize > Bank Details. Enter your bank details and tap Save.

Android: Tap More in the top-right corner. Go to Settings > PDF Template Customization > Invoices. Select a template and tap Customize > + Add Bank Details. Enter your bank details and tap Save.

If required, you can edit the added signature by clicking + Edit Signature. The changes will be applied only in the future invoices you create.

Display your Signature in Transaction PDFs

We've introduced the option to add signature in transaction PDFs such as invoices, quotes, credit notes, and delivery challans, enhancing the security of the documents. You can add this by either drawing your signature or uploading an image from your device. This ensures that the transaction is authorized by you. Here's how to add a signature to a transaction:

iOSTap More at the bottom. Go to Settings > Templates > Invoices. Select a template and tap Customize > Signature. Add your signature and tap Save.

AndroidTap More in the top-right corner. Go to Settings > PDF Template Customization > Invoices. Select a template and tap Customize > + Edit Signature. Add your signature and tap Save.

Enable More Modules

You can now enable the modules that you'll be using for your business and disable the modules that are not required. This will help you increase efficiency by focusing only on the modules you need for your business. Here's how to enable or disable modules:

iOS: Tap More at the bottom. Go to Settings > Enable more modules. Select the modules you need and deselect the modules that are not required. Tap Save.

Android: Tap More in the top-right corner. Go to Settings > Preferences. Under Module Preferences, select the modules you need and deselect the modules that are not required. Tap Save.
