EOL for Inbox Parsing | Resume Inbox

Hello all,

This post is to inform you that as of October 30, 2019 the Inbox Parsing function of the Resume Inbox feature will be removed. After this date, you won’t be able to parse the entire content of your email account’s Inbox folder.

We arrived at this decision because a lot of unwanted/personal emails are being processed by our parser as well. This started affecting the parser's performance as these emails were taking up too much space.

To combat this, we've come up with a workaround for your parsing requirements. Instead of parsing the entirety of your personal email account's inbox, you can send or request candidates to email their resumes to your default resume inbox provided by Zoho Recruit. This will help the parser parse only relevant information and ensure the best possible results as your configured resume inbox account will contain only candidate profiles and nothing else.

If you have any queries or suggestions regarding this change, you can reach out to us at support@zohorecruit.com

Regards,
The Zoho Recruit Team
