Error creating invoice from timesheet

Error creating invoice from timesheet

I am getting the following error when trying to create an invoice from a timesheet :
Please enter the staffs rate.

I cannot find where I need to go to enter the staff rate.  The staff person in question is me, and I am the only staff.

Can you help me on this?
