Error Creating Task in ZOHO CRM using ZOHO MAIL as Trigger
Hi, we need your help...
We want to automate a Task creating, using content of an email.
If I received an email in ZOHO MAIL with a given subject, then it must create a task associated with a sales order in ZOHO CRM.
It has only 2 simple steps. But only 1 work, second one doen´t it.
First Step: Zoho Mail New Email Matching Search
Second Step: Create Module Entry
We received this error [{"code":"INVALID_DATA","details":{"api_name":"$se_module"},"message":"invalid data","status":"error"}]
We are using ZOHO CRM Professional, and then we try with Enterprise Trial. And we are using Flow Free trial.
Could be version of module the problem? We need be sure that it work before pay professional flow module version.
