Error message exporting to Excel

Hi,


When trying to export the underlying data from a graph in .xlsx format the resulting spreadsheet cannot be opened by Excel 2010. We get the error message invalid file exstension. When exporting the same underlying data to .xls format the resulting spreadsheet can be opened with Excel 2010 but shows the error message shown beneath:

We have tried this on IE 10 and Google Chrome but the results are the same. When downloading the same underying data too CSV and then converting to Excel there is no problem.
