Hi
I receive the following error message when I try to click on certain lookup custom fields.

"Sorry for inconvenience. Please try after some time or report your issue in the feedback form given below. Help us to fix the problem:"

I am unable to fill out the pop-up form to "help you fix the problem"

This is only occurring under one of our users. The other two users can use the custom lookup function with no issue.
All users are under the same profile and have the same editing capabilities, so I assume this is a bug.
Any fixes please?
