Error when adding and item

Error when adding and item

Hello,

I'm not able to add items - I get a small dialog box which looks to have the title "Error" (see attached).

Sometimes it will create and item - but then I get the error when adding it to an invoice and various issues trying to save or edit an invoice.

It's possibly related to Multi-Currency support, I originally setup the account in USD but wanted to invoice in AUD ... now if I go into the currency settings and try and change to AUD - I get the same "error".

Any suggestions?
