I am posting here because my support ticket has not received substantive responses through the usual channels.
Summary of the issue (ongoing for three weeks):
I requested assistance with a data migration and a merge of two Zoho organizations.
The goal is to consolidate two organizations that belong to the same business and use the same domain.
Context: I previously used Zoho One in one organization. Separately, I have Zoho Mail as a standalone app under another organization. I need both under a single organization so I can move away from Zoho One and continue with standalone apps without breaking domain-related setup and access.
I provided all information requested by support. Since then, most of my follow-up messages have not been answered, and I have not received a clear timeline, owner, or resolution plan. Multiple times I was told someone would respond within “two hours,” and that either did not happen or the response is to wait longer.
Current request:
Given the lack of progress and the operational impact of continued delay, I am formally requesting one of the following outcomes, in writing:
A) Escalation and a concrete action plan to complete the organization merge and migration, including:
assigned owner/team
the exact steps pending from Zoho
an estimated completion date (with milestones)
a temporal license so my organization can continue functioning while the migration happens
OR
B) If the merge cannot be completed promptly, I request a complete backup/export of all my organization’s data through a secure method, since I am discontinuing Zoho due to the unresolved situation. This is a repeat request. I already asked for a clear, documented workaround that allows safe data access during the migration, and there has been no response.
