Estates and Infrastructure Facilities Services A fully interactive website application (and data base) for managing Electrical Inspection and Testing, which must have the ability to store the current electrical network/infrastructure and allow ongoing design and change modification. It must have the following functionality and the capacity to upload and incorporate existing records as follows: • Unlimited views with a management hierarchy of control (access via logon) • Search & filter functionality to quickly access Switchgear/Distribution Boards via location, e.g. Buildings, Floors, etc. • Flexible & customisable views of stored data • Capability to house associated records • Facility to upload photographs in respect of non-compliant observations • Capability to upload Minor Works Certificates and complete on-line • Version history of records for management audits • Capability to edit/update records & drawings on the website, by User (Client and Contractor) • Capability to print records to local printers • Built-in email alert functionality for overdue records, changes, etc. • Capability to produce and continually update standard Distribution Board legends showing all circuit details and relevant locations. • Guaranteed security, resilience and stability Integral to the interactive website and in addition to the functionality detailed above, the solution must include an interactive change control module, to capture changes to the electrical infrastructure within the Estate. The changes, such as corrective actions to faults, additions or deletions of equipment or circuits and new installations, should be captured by the application (online system), with an email alert notification process to all Estate stakeholders. The objective is to ensure the whole data capture process surrounding changes becomes self-regulating, fully controlled whilst minimizing the input of the Estates and Infrastructure. A basic "Demo" Application is required in 2 weeks time (last week of May 2013). A full "Live" solution will not be required until mid-July 2013. Any questions that are not clear from the brief spec - please email me at as@ditton.co Failing that, I would be grateful if you could respond and advise if this can be delivered as specified and if so, at what cost. Thank you. Alan Sinfield
