Evernote Size Limit?

Used the new Evernote migration tool (THaNK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!) but it only seems to have migrated a small fraction of my Evernote library.

Is there a size limit on how much you can import or is this a bug?

Thanks for the hard work. It's a great APP. And I really want to switch over from Evernote, but I need to get ALL of my content over.
