Execute Submit-to-Client without sending the resume?

Several of our recruiters send resumes using their corp. email account, rather than the submit-to-client function in the system. The result is that their past actions will not be reflected in Zoho reporting and in their evaluations.

We need a mechanism to record a submission, after it has been submitted using other means. Or, at least prevent the email being sent to the client. Just changing the candidate's status will not make it appear in the correct reports.

btw we have the same problem with interviews. How can we record an interview that happened after it happened, without sending emails to candidates and interviewers. There used to be an option for this if I recall correctly.
