Trick 36 - Export of data from Zoho Sprints



Data exporting helps you access your data offline. Zoho Sprints lets you export not just in 1 but in 5 different ways. Keep reading to know all about it in detail.  

Instant Export of Work Items  

To export work items in a minute or two, just click  and select Export . Set your preferences and click Export . This instantaneously exports the work item details to your system. You can also schedule this export by setting your recurrence frequency and occurrence.


Copy/Paste of Screen  

Did you know you can simply copy and paste the contents of your screen to an XLS editor? If you don't, try it right away by using the following shortcuts based on your OS.

For Windows
ctrl+a - select
ctrl+c - copy
ctrl+v - paste
 
For iOS
cmd+a - select
cmd+c - copy
cmd+v - paste


 
This can be done in the Backlog , Board , Epic and Release modules.

Instant Export of Reports  

Instantly export your reports to your device by clicking  on the upper right corner of your report and choosing the export format. You can export your reports as PNG/ PDF .

 

Scheduled Export 

You can schedule the export of your reports to a later date or time. To do so, go to that specific report, click on the upper right corner and click Schedule Export . Set the frequency, date and time and click Schedule . Your report will be exported automatically with the set preferences.


Export History

You can not only schedule your exports, but also check the export history. Go to  and click Export History . You can also stop and delete currently scheduled report exports.
