I would appreciate some help with the following issue:

I'm attempting to create a project leads database using ZOHO CRM, which I'm told is possible and easier than using Creator.

As you can see from the attached image, I have four main fields of valuable information (ignore 'Last Name', it's a gremlin), but 'Key Contact' contains a lot of crucial information that is hidden in any summary view. From what I've seen, creating a report is the easiest way to display summary information, especially if, as in our case, we want to send these leads out to our distributor organisations to follow up on our behalf.

As a breakdown, 'Key Contact' contains a look up field for a contact form, which in turn has a look up field for an account form. We need to create key contacts within organisations such as an international architectural office, e.g. Joe Bloggs (key contact) works for Architect & Co (account) in the UK, but the company also has an office in Italy where Joe Pesci (another key contact) works. Whilst that information has all been logged, I can't seem to find a way to display relevant fields such as Key Contact's company, telephone, email etc in the report or other views. 

Essentially, we're an architectural product manufacturer with a network of distributors for whom we provide sales leads on a periodic basis. Depending on where the architectural project is located, we assign a local distributor. As such, we need to produce a sales lead report or spreadsheet for each distributor with relevant projects on a periodic basis. This needs to include all the relevant data as mentioned above. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
