I need an application built that will query the website www.flightaware.com using the FlightXML API for in-flight aircraft based on a zoho table of aircraft tail numbers. I would like this to query once daily, although I want the query frequency to be parameter driven so that I can increase or decrease the frequency at will. I am hoping to expand the functionality over time, on an approximately $400/month schedule, so I am also looking for a long term development relationship.
