Facebook and Linkedin Previews/Cards Not Showing Correctly

Hi there, 

ZOHO Social seems to be experiencing some issues when creating previews or a link card, when we bulk schedule our posts on Linkedin and Facebook.

Previously when we scheduled posts, it would pull the image from the article itself.

However, now rather than showing the featured image of the article (as it does with the Twitter Cards), it is now simply showing an image of our logo.

This is obviously far less engaging. I've tried this also on Hootsuite to see if the problem is the same on their system, but it seems to be still pulling the correct image.

I've attached examples of what I mean.

Would you please be able to look into this as a matter of urgency.
