Failed Imap integration

I am trying to integrate emails using the IMAP Integration. I keep on getting the message that a previous deactivation is still in progress and cannot continue the integration. I have been getting this message for a couple of days. Could you please help me to solve this problem. Please see the attachment to see the message I am getting.
