Hi Team,

We would like to request a Bulk Download feature for signed documents in Zoho Sign.

Currently, Zoho Sign allows users to send documents in bulk using an Excel sheet, but there is no option to download the completed signed documents in bulk. Users must download each document individually, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

This is especially challenging for HR teams that send documents to 500+ employees and later need to archive all signed copies in a local folder for record-keeping.

Although there are existing workarounds, they are not ideal:

• The Download Document API requires technical implementation and is not suitable for non-technical users.

• The Cloud Backup option is intended for backup purposes and is not convenient for repeatedly downloading signed documents from specific bulk send requests.

We request that Zoho Sign provide an option to download selected or all signed documents from a bulk send request in a single ZIP file or similar format.

This enhancement would:

• Save time and reduce manual effort.

• Improve productivity for HR and other business teams.

• Simplify document archiving.

• Provide a complete end-to-end bulk document management experience.

We hope you will consider this enhancement in a future release.
