I am currently using GoToMeeting / GotoWebinar and Instant Presenter. Each has features the other doesn't. I would like to switch to Zoho Meeting as I use many of Zoho's application. My questions are:
1) I hold 4 weekly webinars on the same days and I advertise those meetings with a Static Meeting Id and all my prospective clients can always click on the same link for all 4 meetings anytime in the future. Is there a way to set that up.
2) Can I send out one meeting login ID to my database of potential participants and can they join without having to register for the meeting
3) Is there a participants database that shows everyone that attended - before the participants join the meeting can they be required to enter their contact information?
4) Do you have a way to automatically send out email notifications to participants reminding them and then thanking them for attending?
