Hello Zoho Recruit Team,

I’d like to suggest a feature that would be incredibly helpful for recruiters conducting multiple interviews.

Currently, when filling out an Interview Assessment, there is no option to auto-save progress as a draft. At times, I have back-to-back interviews, and when I switch between them, the assessment page may reload. Unfortunately, this causes all my notes to be lost without any way to recover them.

Having an auto-save draft feature would prevent losing important interview insights and make the process much more efficient. This small enhancement could save a lot of time and effort for recruiters handling multiple assessments throughout the day.

I’d love to hear if others have faced similar challenges and if this could be considered for future updates.
