Feedback form not working or does not appear to be working * Email view in CRM is Broken

I submitted Feedback Earlier today, after I clicked Submit , the screen blinked but no indication that my Feedback was sent.  If it was, Zoho is going to see the same feedback about 2 or 4 times because I keep trying alternatives and submitted again.  If not then I am going to be upset because some of our users of the  CRM which are Zoho Mail user cannot see the email that they send to clients (Contact/leads) or the emails that the  Clients send to us.  We can see everything fine in Zoho Email.  But then when we go to CRM some users have an * next to their name and some do not in Zoho. Only those with an * to the Right of their name in the Drop Down can see email sent and received

This is a BIG PROBLEM FOR US!!!
