All I have found are 11 year old answers to this..

I have a 2 forms (Locations and Load). 

When entering a new Load form I want to Lookup a Location Name. When that Location Name is selected in the Lookup I would like it to also auto populate other fields within the same Loads form (Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Contact Name, Contact Phone).

How do I do this? Thanks so much!
