Fetching leads from Zoho CRM into Zoho Creator, automatically
I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible?  
Yes, it is possible.


Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM. 

For instance, you can maintain the lead details in CRM on a separate form in Zoho Creator by fetching the details automatically from Zoho CRM.

Step 1: Create a form in Zoho Creator to store Contact / Lead information. 
Step 2 : In the live-mode of the form, click on More Actions, and select Email Data from the list of options. You'll get a dialog box as in the image below. Copy the email template and the form email address.




 Step 3: In Zoho CRM, create an email template as in the format specified in the template above. This is the workflow you need to configure. The image below illustrates the procedure.  




Step 4: Create a Workflow Rule for mapping the Workflow Alert created as in step 3, so that it would be triggered for every new contact created on Zoho CRM. This is how:




To sum things up, Zoho CRM's email alert will be triggered as and when new contacts are added. This email alert from Zoho CRM will be sent to Zoho Creator's form email address. The contents of the email will then be added to the Zoho Creator form as records.
