File Transfer

When I access tool to transfer files from a unattended access client computer to a technician computer using receive, really long name files seem to just sit in a queue waiting to be transferred. Then everything else selected to be received after just sits after and adds the waiting to transferred queue.
Is there limit in how long the file name is? Also seem to happen to file names with hyphens.
