Fire Webhooks on Adding Associated Tags

Hi, I want to fire a webhook when an associated tag are added. So I use the following work rule:

Module: Candidate

On Record Edit

Filter: Record contains Tags

Action: Webhook

But the webhook is not firing. Is it possible to fire a webhook when I add an associated tag to a candidate ?
