Is it possible to 'flag' and invoice. Sometimes we might quote for a new piece of equipment after a service call. The service call will raise an invoice which is due after the visit but we will void it if the customer goes for the new quote. We also occasionally have invoices in dispute and it would be nice to label them so they can be dealt with in a delicate manner.
