This SOW includes: 1. Application development with AAC owning complete rights for the application 2. Web hosting for one year 3. Trouble shooting and maintenance costs for one year 4. User and trouble shooting manual 5. Source code Application will include: 1. Input of new coupon data from DER database 2. Security so that location/user can edit only the appropriate records 3. Export of the data at project completion and purging of old data 4. Tracking of coupon status 5. Tracking of coupon material status 6. Tracking reports and dash boards Application Description The proposed Flammability Coupon Tracking application system will work with two other databases for its inputs and outputs: 1. DER Matrix Database 2. Historical Database DER Matrix Database ( not part of this SOW) This database will create coupons and assign specific numbers to each coupon build. Each coupon will have a BOM with all part numbers necessary to construct the coupons, linked back to the drawing number. A standard format for the coupon build sheet and report is an output of this. The coupon header and BOM will be uploaded to the Flammability Coupon Tracking application Flammability Coupon Tracking application Will provide for the tracking data for coupons updated by vendors through web based updates to a central repository. It will report data for coupon location, status, pass/fail, due date, tracking #, etc. (see list of all location and status fields required). Maintenance functions for user maintenance of location, status, user password fields. Create user fields for semi static data for dashboard Reporting dashboard and other reports necessary for project  % Complete to Date  % complete to SOW  Coupon count by revision  Summary Statistics  Location Statistics  Status Statistics  Contacts  Burn Down Plan Graph  Action List and updates by Vendors At the end of the project, the Flammability Coupon Tracking application will send all of the data to the Historical Database and purge the completed records from the Web Database. Historical Database (not part of the SOW) Tracks the records of all passes and failures by coupon build up. Database will all for the querying of past records for determining confidence of passing on new aircraft. Database will output all similar coupon builds or all coupons containing a given part number.
