I have an observation in Zoho Security Policy ( https://www.zoho.com/security.html) wherein the 'Data Protection Policy' has been font-dimmed. I think that is the most significant one in any cloud-based operation and it is rather unfortunate that the technical writer who composed the document has overlooked the fact.
