Footer and Page No not taken in Record Templates while send as PDF attachment

Hi team,

We have Added Footer and Page no in HTML Page. When we access it on page and make print then it will display.

but same code added for Records Template that to send as PDF through email in attachment, but the footer/page no will Not added.
