Formula Using Returned Data Results

I'm trying to calculate the percentage of a returned data set relative to the total. In the example below, I'm trying to show the percentage of pears to the total count of fruit returned in the Pivot Table Report. I'm not sure the syntax for this....

My overall goal is to create a dashboard widget that simply displays the percentage of pears (only). Which in the example shown, would be 54% (rounded).

I can't figure out how to write the formula using the returned data and associated counts returned. I figured if I can solve the syntax issue in this Picot Report, I'll tackle the widget next ;-) ... Thanks in advance.
